LOCATION
Lanusei is a picturesque small town of the Ogliastra situated at around five hundred meters above sea level. It lies in front of the sea and it is surrounded by luxuriant mountains rich of woods, archaelogical monuments, natural reserves and crystalline spring waters.
Of particular interest to visit are the Selene's wood, where you can find two "Tombe dei Giganti" and the Astronomic observatory of Mountain Armidda , the greatest existing in the whole Sardinia.

L'Hotel Marie Claire is a new building on three levels. On the ground floor there is the hall, a cafè where the hotel guests can have their breakfasts, and some rooms. On the first floor there is a small sitting-rooms. Finally, on the second floor there is a confortable twin suite. The hotel combines modern conforts with Mediterranean tradition. The furniture is sober and elegant, with particular attention to details.
